Holiday Inn Reynosa Industrial Poniente, an IHG Hotel

Most was very nice but the pool was very cold and the hot tub was not hot. The breakfast was fine. Probably normal for Mexico but never had broccoli and cooked carrots for breakfast. . Maid was great. Appreciated the bottled water. Everyone very helpful and the hotel was very clean. Bed was very comfortable.

I loved the friendly staff and the security at the hotel. I've yet to meet one member of staff who wouldn't go above and beyond to help. I personally love that the pool is inclosed and secure and it's still warm enough in October to enjoy.

Food was delicious. Staff was attentive and everything was exceptionally clean. Loved the tile floors.
